Wunderlite Panels supplied and installed the pressed metal ceiling for the refurbishment of the Empire Hotel Awning. The client chose the pattern "Cambridge" as it was in keeping with the period of the building. Galvanised sheets were used due to strength and rust resistent properties. The sheepts were fixed to 12mm marine ply by adhesive and nails. The JStrips were used in the mitred angles to finish off the awning. The "Clarence Cornice" was used to connect the awning to the building.
