Watson's Bay Design Pressed Metal Panel

contemporary pressed metal design - watsons bay awning.jpgThe Watsons Bay panelis a more formal relief design. It was commissioned during the restoration of a significant public house in Sydney, Australia, and typifies the higher relief and more formal patterns found in the sitting rooms of period homes from the 1890's through to the 1920's.

This design is based around a 1' square repeating panel and we produce it in 2' x 6' sheets of galvanised iron

This more formal design finds its place in sitting and dining rooms and in formal studies and libraries in both period and modern buildings. In a totally contemporary building, even an ultra modern one, it is possible to introduce formality in specific rooms simply by putting up a specific style of pressed metal ceiling and cornice. The Watson's Bay pattern is also a valuable awning or entrance soffit panel which involves a smaller area that a full street frontage awning.

Dimensions

600mm x 1800mm (Nominal 2' x 6') pressed in 0.5mm galvanised iron.

Wunderlite Production Panels have been supplying quality pressed metal panels since the 1980's.

Our panels have been used in Modern and Contemporary Settings, Churches, Corporate Offices, Clubs and more.

Please contact us if you have a specific filler application as we do have a further variety of patterns which we have not included in our advertised range but which we are able to produce for specific orders. Again, the imagination of the interior designer is all that limits the application of any of our pressed metal panels being applied to modern decor.
