Ripple Filler Strip | Wunderlite Pressed Metal Panels

Filler strips were incorporated into ceiling designs and consisted of a variety of complimentary patterns which were used to frame central feature panel blocks. Typically, they had a smaller less obtrusive pattern or texture of some sort, to compliment but not compete with, the feature panels.

We produce two Roughcast embossed filler designs (one small and one larger), a Ripple Strip, and the Candy Stripe filler strip specifically for such border applications, but any other repeating pattern may also be used. Our Geometric and Fish Scale patterns are examples of full sized sheets which we are often asked to cut down to filler strip width and we can cut any other sheets to suit this sort of application on request. We also provide stripping of a Fan Filler which is a repeating shell like pattern used as a filler strip and along he edges of soffit beams for example.

Both the Geometric and the Large Pebble fillers are often used as full sheets in modern or contemporary buildings as a textured feature on walls sometimes framed in timber and used as a dercor feature to break up large areas of wall in the same way that wall hangings or large paintings are used.
