Geometric Pressed Metal Panels

Geometric Fine Pressed Metal PanelGeometric Coarse Pressed MetalThe Geometric pattern was was the earliest of the Techno designs insofar as it was produced with a milled die rather than a sculptured and cast die.

We at Wunderlight reproduced this design when called upon to repair an awning outside the Sydney Technical College in the early 1980's where it featured as a filler strip around the street awning pattern blocks. The design is very definitely of the modern vogue living era, although it appeared rather earlier than most and we date it from the late 1920's which is well before such designs became common in the 1950's.

This design was the first of our patterns to find its way into modern age interior design , featuring in many Bars and Restaurants as a decorative facing to bars and behind shelving as well as a feature wall designs in food preparation areas visible to the public. In private and public residences it is often featured with steel and glass and appears as the lining material in elevators and bathrooms and as a Dado feature or along the walls of hallways above the skirting and 3' up to chair rail height for example. The Geometric pattern does not attempt to provide a visual feature but rather an interesting texture finish and we find it popping up in stage sets in movies and backdrops in television advertisements as a textural features. Your imagination is the only limit to the utility of this pattern.

The coarse design (left) and the fine design (right) are available.

Wunderlite Production Panels have been supplying quality pressed metal panels since the 1980's.

Our panels have been used in Modern and Contemporary Settings, Churches, Corporate Offices, Clubs and more.

Please contact us if you have a specific filler application as we do have a further variety of patterns which we have not included in our advertised range but which we are able to produce for specific orders. Again, the imagination of the interior designer is all that limits the application of any of our pressed metal panels being applied to modern decor.
